About

Ignite Recovery Program

Our Mission

We ignite a desire to recover from SUD by sharing hope and instilling a sense of purpose in the individuals we serve.

Our vision is to create a society in which individuals are empowered and supported to achieve or sustain their recovery; for recovery from SUD to be accessible and maintainable for any individual that wants it.

Program Goals

1. Identify and Build Recovery Capital.

Assess each individuals’ recovery capital and identify areas to build upon and connect them to the tools and resources necessary to do so.

2. Support, encourage and empower.

By meeting people “where they are at”, determining where they want to go, starting their journey alongside them, and providing the tools and encouragement needed to continue their journey independently.

3. Compassionate approach.

Prioritizing personal and professional development for staff including individual and group supervisions, CEU opportunities, and regular trainings on trauma-informed care, empathy-building, and motivational interviewing.

Objectives

Ignite Recovery’s goal is to wholly support individuals in their journey to find their pathway of recovery. Our approach is meeting individuals exactly where they are at, no matter what stage of change they are at on their recovery.

Our Philosophy

Hope. Hope is the light that pulls us from our most desperate condition. Hope is our driving force. We will always maintain hope for every individual’s recovery from SUD.

Compassion. We treat this human problem with a human approach. Receiving compassion can be a driving force in someone’s desire to change.

Empowerment and Self-determination. Recovery is a process of personal growth and empowerment. Programs foster self-reliance, encourage self-advocacy, and support individuals in setting and achieving their own recovery goals.

Community and Connection: Recovery is not achieved in isolation. Programs emphasize building healthy relationships, reconnecting with supportive communities, and fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
